Amy leads a team to run online and offline customer acquisition for the core payments and SaaS products at Square. She is a channel expertise in direct mail, DRTV, mobile, social, and digital media. She works cross-functionally with creative, data science, and analyst teams to drive ROI positive marketing campaigns and support awareness/brand initiatives

Graham is an entrepreneur, product leader and strategist. His career started in Strategy Consulting in London. He moved to Silicon Valley and co-founded a machine learning software startup. He successfully sold the business to SAP, where he currently works as a product expert.

Graham enjoys trying to make sense of the world. He believes in being vulnerable and that people love stories. He is happiest when learning and is always looking to play.

Graham was born in South Africa and grew up in England. He has a masters degree in Engineering Design.

Susanna leads Marketing efforts for Google Cuba. Inspired by her Cuban heritage, she co-founded the highly specialized Google Cuba project which brings greater access to connectivity, technology, and Google products to Cuba in order to build digital bridges between Cuba and the rest of the world. As a result, Google is currently the only U.S. based Internet company that is in active discussions with the Cuban authorities about expanding Internet access on the island. Susanna has been at Google for 5 years and lives with her husband and two young boys in San Francisco. Susanna attends the Annenberg panel to share viewpoints of Cuba/tech through the lens of a Cuban-American on the frontier of this new era.

João Fiadeiro is a Product Manager at Google working in YouTube's Music team, where he builds tools that help artists connect with their fans, understand their audience and maximize the audience for their music.

Before becoming a Product Manager, João was a data scientist working in YouTube’s Strategy team where he became an expert on data analysis and strived when applying structured thinking to ambiguous business challenges. João obtained his master’s degree from the University of Oxford, where he researched the nature of social networks using massive data sets. He also holds a degree in Computer Science and Business from University College London (UCL).

In his spare time João is likely traveling: he grew up in 10 different countries and continues to explore many new places every year. He spends his time at the intersection between art, technology and education: building emotionally sensitive robots or just listening to the newest electronic music tracks.

Claudia leads User Experience Research at Fivestars. She focuses on uncovering deep quantitative and qualitative insights to help build stronger connections between users and products. Claudia started out as a quantitative researcher in academia and moved on to work with a few Fortune 500 companies. At Fivestars, she works cross functionally with design, product, and engineering to help understand user behavior and translate them into tangible conscious and unconscious user needs. When she is not in the office, Claudia writes and is working on finding ways to empower international communities in the Bay Area.

Michael is a Stanford MD/MBA candidate and former TFA Chicago Corps Member. His passion  is supporting the personal and professional development of marginalized youth. His past work includes building mindfulness-based stress reduction programs in schools, designing novel health education formats for juvenile hall medical clinics, creating a social entrepreneurship program for San Francisco Opportunity Youth, and advising workforce focused social enterprises.

Andre Prudhomme is a product manager at Fivestars, the leading customer loyalty network for small businesses, where he leads the development of tools and services for Fivestars’ network of 13,000 merchants.

Kent is Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at the digital design company InVision. His previous background includes Business Operations at Castlight Health, Strategic Operations at Keynote Systems, a nonprofit startup, private equity and investment banking.

Jaime is a Business Operations Managers with 4+ years of experience in tech. He works primarily on accurately forecasting business results, automating process, and identifying key levers of growth and improvement. Outside of work, his passions are surfing, watching Arsenal Football Club, and eating avocados.
