Participation Agreement and Cancelation Policy

By submitting this payment I have read and agree to the 2019 QØ Participation Agreement and Release (click here to read). I also acknowledge that the cancelation and refund policy for the QØ Fellowship is as follows:

  • Monthly Plan: 90 days’ notice required for cancellation due to event bookings

  • Annual Plan: Before Dec 31 of each calendar year, refunds as follows: 

    • 20% (One Year Engagement Plan)

    • 15% (Two Year Engagement Plan)

    • 10% (Three Year Engagement Plan)

    • No refunds after Dec 31
